We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized
Receptionist / Front Office cum Admin
to manage our front desk and handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is presentable, well-spoken, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office / Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome guests/clients in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
Maintain the reception area to be clean and presentable at all times.
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Administrative Duties:
Handle daily office administration tasks.
Maintain and update employee and vendor contact lists.
Assist HR/Accounts/Operations departments with administrative support.
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support staff.
Draft and format letters, memos, and other documents as required.
Key Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Management are a plus.
