We are seeking an experienced cook to prepare traditional

Kaleeji

and

Emirati

dishes for our family. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing meals such as

Machboos

,

Harees

,

Balaleet

,

Saloona

, and

Jasheed

. The cook will also be responsible for designing weekly menus, purchasing ingredients, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:



Meal Preparation

: Cook traditional

Kaleeji

dishes like

Machboos

,

Harees

,

Balaleet

, and

Jasheed

.

Menu Designing

: Plan and design weekly menus, taking family preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients into account.

Grocery Shopping

: Purchase fresh ingredients and manage kitchen inventory, staying within budget.

Food Safety

: Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.

Special Occasions

: Prepare meals for special events, holidays, and family gatherings.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
