We are looking for an experienced cook to prepare traditional Kaleeji and Emirati dishes for our family. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing meals such as Machboos, Harees, Balaleet, Saloona, and Jasheed. In addition to cooking, the cook will be responsible for designing weekly menus, purchasing fresh ingredients, and ensuring that all meals are prepared cleanly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Meal Preparation: Cook traditional Kaleeji dishes like Machboos, Harees, Balaleet, and Jasheed.
Menu Designing: Plan and design weekly menus based on family preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients.
Grocery Shopping: Purchase fresh ingredients, spices, and other materials required for meal preparation. Ensure all items are stocked and within budget.
Food Safety: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards in the kitchen.
Special Occasions: Prepare meals for special events, holidays, and family gatherings.
