What You'll Do

In this rotational and hands-on role, you'll gain exposure across key areas of Cencorp:

People (HR):

Get involved in onboarding, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.

Finance:

Support budgeting, expense tracking, and learn how business decisions translate into numbers.

Admin & Operations:

Coordinate processes, systems, and projects that keep the company moving.

Technology & Innovation:

Work on automation, digital tools, and data initiatives that help us work smarter.
You'll collaborate closely with department heads, contribute to live projects, and learn the inner workings of how a UAE-grown company scales successfully.

Who You Are

Nationality:

UAE National

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related fields (recent graduates encouraged)

Mindset:

Inquisitive, adaptable, and eager to learn something new every day
