Customer Service

Provide accurate information and resolve queries effectively.
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional service.
Data Entry
Enter and update accurate data into company systems.
Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
Support administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati).
Education:
10th, 12th, or Graduate.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (for customer service).
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing skills) for data entry.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in Dubai (Nahda).
