to join our Tasheel counter team in Dubai. This role involves front-counter interaction with customers, processing Emirates ID, visa services, and providing excellent customer service in line with UAE government standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers at Tasheel counter.
Process Emirates ID, visa, and other government-related applications accurately.
Ensure all documents are complete, verified, and submitted according to procedures.
Provide timely and professional assistance to customers in Arabic and English.
Maintain a polite, professional, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Assist in maintaining records and reports related to daily operations.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati) with valid
Family Book
1-2 years' experience in
government service centers
, customer service, or front-counter roles.
Proficient in Arabic and English communication (verbal and written).
Knowledge of MOHRE, eGovernment portals, Emirates ID, and visa processing is preferred.
Strong customer service skills, professional appearance, and punctuality.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
