About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated
Emirati Customer Service Officer
to work at the Tasheel front desk in Dubai. This role involves
assisting customers directly
, processing government and labor-related applications, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the
first point of contact
for customers at the Tasheel counter.
Process Emirates ID, visa, and other government-related applications accurately.
Verify documents and ensure completeness according to MOHRE and company procedures.
Provide timely and professional assistance to customers in
Arabic and English
.
Maintain records and reports related to daily counter operations.
Uphold a polite, professional, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
Must be
Emirati (UAE National) with Family Book
1-3 years' experience in
government service centers or customer-facing roles
preferred
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written)
Strong
customer service skills
, professionalism, and punctuality
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment
