The ER In-Charge Nurse oversees the operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring timely and quality care delivery, staff coordination, and adherence to clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise ER nursing staff and daily operations.
Coordinate patient flow and triage processes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and emergency protocols.
Support doctors during emergency procedures.
Handle critical cases and escalate when needed.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with valid license (DHA/MOH).
Minimum 8-10 years of ER experience; prior leadership role preferred.
Strong decision-making and crisis management skills.
