Are you an expert commercial finance manager? Want to join our commercial finance team focusing on LEGO® partner retail stores for the EMEA region?   • Act as regional Finance Business Partner for our partner-operated branded retail stores in EMEA to ensure financially sustainable growth.
  • Analysing and understanding performance of existing stores in EMEA to deliver actionable insights.
  • Strengthen business case projections for new stores to support long-term channel development through data-driven insights.
  • Set standards for P&L transparency and data-driven benchmarks to aid in robust decision making
  • Collaborate with EMEA Finance Business partners, global and regional LEGO Certified Store Leads and Key Account Managers across the EMEA Region and Business Units
Play your role in our team succeeding! The role is part of REEMEA (Russia, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa) Market Finance organization, and will be supporting both the REEMEA and the Western Europe Market Groups, thus covering the entire EMEA region. The role has exposure to Global finance as well as to global, regional and local LCS customer facing functions; and reports to Head of REEMEA Market Finance. Do you have what it takes?
  • 4-6 years working experience in finance in international environment (ideally retail or consumer goods)
  • Must have worked and delivered results in the field of commercial finance and business partnering involving both analysis and controlling. Retail experience is highly desirable.
  • Self-starter, comfortable operating independently and remotely within a global network.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder leadership skills. Confidence and maturity to network with people across functions (finance and non-finance), business units, time zones and cultures
  • Analytical and can solve problems, make recommendations, convey clear messages with limited data.
  • Sophisticated MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • A high level of integrity that delivers results when required, typically above expectations
  • Curious attitude with a strong end to end business understanding, proactively looking for chances to create valuable contributions to the business.
  • Strong technically, with the ability to contribute to key business and systems initiatives
  • A desire to contribute skills across business teams
  • Motivated to work with others and seeks to understand other views
