EMEA Logistics Specialist acts as key individual contributor in the Team that provides daily oversight on global shipping for EMEA production facilities and distribution centers \xe2\x80\x93 9 facilities in 8 EMEA countries. Position holder is responsible for day to day transport execution, cooperation with customs brokers and industrial packaging management. Key objective on this position is to ensure flawless and cost effective deliveries to both internal and external customers. Reporting structure: This position reports to the EMEA Transportation Manager Experience required for Professional Level:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in transportation and/or logistics environment
Excellent understanding of INCO terms
Experience with day to day supervision over global delivery fulfillment
Working knowledge of all transport modalities
Working knowledge of import and export processes and brokerage oversight
Previous exposure on international trade VAT implications
Previous experience with SAP or other ERP system would be a plus

Bachelor degree \xe2\x80\x93 Business Administration, Economy, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
Principal duties and responsibilities: Functional
Individual contributor in Team that provides daily oversight on global order fulfilment for EMEA production facilities and distribution centers \xe2\x80\x93 9 facilities in 8 EMEA countries
Daily cooperation with logistics service providers, performance reporting to management
Verification of delivery performance (Track&Trace)
Delivering full visibility of shipments in transit
System and process training for new LSPs
Verification of logistics documents (POD/BOL)
Daily collaboration with dedicated brokers to ensure smooth import and export clearance
Coordination of logistics arrangements in line with the agreed INCO terms
Seek constant improvements in terms cost and process optimization
