Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for ELV systems such as:
CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Public Address, BMS, SMATV, and related systems.
Interpret and implement project drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Assign tasks to technicians and ensure efficient workforce utilization.
Monitor progress and ensure work quality meets project and industry standards.
Conduct inspections and ensure proper installation and termination of ELV devices and cables.
Coordinate with other MEP trades to avoid site conflicts and ensure smooth progress.
Support testing and commissioning activities and maintain accurate test records.
Identify and report site issues, material shortages, or design discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain updated documentation including daily reports, checklists, and red-line drawings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
4-5 years of experience in ELV system installation and supervision.
Hands-on experience with systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Intercom, and Structured Cabling.
Ability to read and interpret electrical/ELV drawings and schematics.
Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills.
Familiarity with testing and commissioning tools and procedures.
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for ELV installations.
