Job Description

Service Engineer Responsibilities: Installation, configuration, and maintainance of security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control, and intrusion alarm. Troubleshooting, Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to low current systems promptly to ensure continuous operation. Povide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction with installed security systems. Staying ahead of the latest advancements in security and low current technologies; recommend and implement system upgrades to enhance performance and security measures. Work closely with project managers, fellow engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of security solutions into client environments. Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Software IT knowledge of low voltage systems, security protocols, and relevant industry standards. Experience: Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with team members. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. PLEASE NOTE THAT CAR WILL BE PROVIDED.
