pre-sales activities
, ensuring accurate Project & Presales related drawings and assisting in the preparation of proposals and technical submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Design
Prepare & develop
coordination drawings
integrating ELV with MEP, civil, and architectural systems in AutoCAD includes
Shop drawings
Layout plans
System schematics & Keyplan
Riser diagrams
As-built drawings
Single line diagrams
Containment and conduit diagrams
Design, Estimation &
Pre-Sales
Assist the sales team by providing quantity takeoff, Design & generation of BOQ with respect to Client requirement and Authority/ Consultant guidelines for proposals and tenders.
Conduct
Site surveys
and provide technical inputs.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for
technical compliance
and
material selection
.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure
timely delivery
of proposals & drawings
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Diploma
or
Bachelor's Degree
in
Electrical
,
Electronics
, or
Telecommunication Engineering
.
Experience
3-4 years
of UAE experience as an
ELV Draftsman & Presales
, with at least
2 years
working on
airport or large-scale infrastructure projects
.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with
REVIT
,
BIM Modelling
, and
3D drafting software
.
Knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and
Photoshop
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
