:

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated

ELV Presales Engineer

to join our technical team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems

, with a proven ability to prepare technical proposals, system designs, and BOQs as part of the presales process. Experience in the Qatar market and understanding of local regulations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Study tender documents (drawings, specifications, scope of work) and prepare

technical submissions, compliance statements, and cost estimates

. Design and configure ELV systems including but not limited to

CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, SMATV, Fire Alarm, BMS, Structured Cabling, and Intercom

systems. Work closely with the sales team to

provide technical support

and

solutions tailored to client requirements

. Attend client meetings, site surveys, and technical discussions as part of the bidding and proposal process. Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain pricing and technical data. Stay up to date with market trends, new technologies, and local authority regulations (KAHRAMAA, MOI, etc.). Prepare system presentations and demonstrate product features during client meetings or demos.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

in ELV presales engineering, preferably in Qatar or the GCC. Strong knowledge of ELV systems design, integration, and specifications. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and system design tools

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with

Qatar market

, local regulations, and approval processes. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid QID and NOC

required. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):

Knowledge of

MEP coordination

. Manufacturer certifications (e.g., for CCTV, BMS, or Access Control Systems). Experience working with consultants and government authorities in Qatar.
