Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Engineer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the full lifecycle of ELV systems -- from planning and design to execution and handover.

:

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Configure and manage network services such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, and VLANs to ensure optimal network performance and security.

Monitor network traffic, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement necessary adjustments to resolve network outages or performance issues.

Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual (AV) equipment and systems, including projectors, displays, video conferencing systems, and sound systems.

Integrate IT and AV technologies to create seamless solutions for multimedia presentations, video conferencing, and other collaborative activities.

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for IT and AV-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, AV setups, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure continuity of operations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT networking and AV technologies, and make recommendations for technology upgrades or enhancements.

Collaborate with other IT teams, AV specialists, and vendors to implement new technologies, upgrade existing systems, and support business initiatives.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards to protect network infrastructure and sensitive data from unauthorized access or breaches.
