We are seeking a Cloud & DevOps Engineer who can manage cloud infrastructure and drive deployment automation across mission?critical systems.

Role Summary

The Cloud & DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure while also building and automating CI/CD pipelines. The role combines cloud engineering, automation, release management, monitoring, and environment security. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Azure, DevOps tooling, infrastructure-as-code, networking, and application deployment automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure (App Services, VNets, Storage, VMs) Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Manage networking components including subnets, firewalls, load balancers, NSGs, and routing Build and maintain automated deployment workflows for .NET and containerized applications Implement infrastructure-as-code using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform Configure and manage Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC, managed identities, and identity governance Deploy and manage Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, caching layers, and other data services Build and manage container registries, Docker images, and automated release pipelines Configure monitoring, logging, alerts, dashboards, and performance insights using Azure Monitor Ensure cloud environments meet security, compliance, and CIS hardening requirements Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve reliability Collaborate closely with development, QA, and project teams for successful end?to?end delivery

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or related fields Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security) Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, YAML, release automation, and DevOps workflows Experience with Azure App Services, Functions, API Management, and container services Strong understanding of networking concepts: load balancers, routing, subnets, VPN, NSG Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) Proficiency with Docker, registries, automated build pipelines Strong understanding of identity and access management with Azure AD/Entra ID Knowledge of monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and operational stability Strong scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash) Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to work on-site in Qatar or relocate Applicants must attach valid Microsoft certificates (AZ?104, AZ?400, AZ?700, AZ?305, AZ?500, or equivalent) with their CV

Experience with AKS and container orchestration Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and CIS benchmarks Experience with hybrid cloud or on?prem connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute) Knowledge of cost optimization and FinOps practices Experience supporting government environments or secure deployments
