Job Summary

The Coffee and Vending Technician is responsible for installation, set-up, repair and ongoing maintenance of vending, cooling and equipment at customer location & work shop. Diagnoses equipment problems, uses judgment to determine how to best repair or replace.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Serving the Customer

- Installation, delivery, move and pickup the Machines and equipment to minimize customer downtime

- Educate customers on Products, basic equipment repair and up-keep procedures to minimize avoidable calls.

- Performing preventive maintenance

- Collect accurate and complete customer information

- Prioritize and schedule equipment moves on daily basis to meet customer's windows

- Invoice submission, payment collection.

Planning Development and Execution

- Install, deliver, move and pickup the equipments in a cost effective and in timely manner.

- Follow a daily journey plan to be efficient in serving more machines

- Report any missing/relocated machines

- Maintain good relation with customers & deliver high level of service

- Inspect machines and meters to determine causes of malfunctions and fix minor problems

- Contact superior or make arrangements for the removal of machines in cases where major repairs are required.

- Anticipate possible future risks involved in the work shop and customer locations.

- Conducts inventory maintenance on all spare parts and equipments

- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.

- Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.

- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Knowledge sharing among colleagues and create a good environment for work.

Solving Problems

- Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and productivity.

- always Attend Customer complaint.

Handling Housekeeping and Safety

- Perform all activities in a safe manner

- Operate service vehicles per local safety standards

- Insure that activities performed meet government regulatory standards

- Wear belts when lifting / moving heavy objects

- Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Ability to work independently and as a team in resolving specific technical issues, manage multiple tasks to completion and meet deadlines. Interpersonal skills necessary to enable effective interaction with team member at all levels of organization, vendors and customers - requiring reasonable tact, discretion, consistency, self-expression and professionalism. Must have the ability and desire to work with people in a team environment, be innovative and willing to participate in internal programs, communications, work simplification, cost-reduction, quality improvement and Lean manufacturing. Must have the ability to handle confidential information regarding the company, vendors and customers and be able to maintain that confidentiality in a professional manner. Must be good in electrical and electronical knowledge & updated awareness about all our products line. Minimum of 1 year experience in Vending and Coffee industry as a technician Holder of UAE manual driving license Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronical stream

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
