Electromechanical Works Supervisor - Labor Team Leadership



About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead and manage electromechanical installation teams on construction sites. You will ensure high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of electromechanical works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electromechanical installation teams on site Ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards Manage daily work schedules and coordinate team activities Conduct safety briefings and ensure workplace safety compliance Quality inspection of completed electromechanical works Communicate with project management regarding progress and challenges Support cost and material management on assigned projects Mentor and train workers in proper techniques and safety procedures Maintain accurate records of daily work progress

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in electromechanical installation and contracting Valid UAE Driving License Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of electromechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical) Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications Familiarity with UAE market rates and labor practices Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English Physical ability to work on construction sites
