# : Electromechanical Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee our electromechanical systems, particularly focusing on diesel power generators and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering, excellent leadership abilities, and proficiency in Arabic, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electromechanical teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electromechanical systems, especially diesel power generators and HVAC systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to maintenance and repairs.

- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in electromechanical supervision, specifically with diesel power generators and HVAC systems.

- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills in Arabic and English.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Salary

- Competitive salary ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 AED, commensurate with experience.
