Summary:

Experienced Mechanical Supervisor with 7 years of proven expertise in the UAE across construction, electromechanical works, and maintenance projects. Skilled in supervising mechanical teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, coordinating site activities, and delivering projects on time with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, plan, and coordinate daily mechanical activities (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, and equipment installation). Monitor and manage technicians and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards. Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution. Ensure implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare daily progress reports and submit to project management. Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials required for mechanical works. Train and guide junior staff and technicians.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Excellent leadership and team supervision skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and report preparation. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience:

7 years of work experience in the UAE as a Mechanical Supervisor in construction/MEP/industrial projects. Hands-on experience in site supervision, installation, testing & commissioning, and maintenance works.
