Electrician Technician

Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced Technician to look after the electrical system and maintenance of our company. As a maintenance technician, you will be required to conduct general maintenance inspections, perform routine electrical maintenance, respond to faults and wiring issues, and install major electrical appliances for the building, paint and prepare installations if necessary. To ensure success as a maintenance electrician, you should have high-level problem-solving skills, extensive experience working with electrical systems, and good communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring
- To repair, replace and install sensor actuators transformers, controllers, circuit breaker, motor, heating unit, switches and defective wires
- To use read blueprint and wiring diagram to plan and execute electrical repairs and installation
- Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
- Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
- Complete required documentation of repairs and service information
- Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
- Calibrate equipment to provided specifications
- Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs.
- Troubleshooting system failures.
- Adhering to safety and performance standards.
- Providing suggestions for equipment replacement.
- Knowledge in AC and chiller maintenance.
- To observe all electrical components to take preventive maintenance.
- To monitor and need preventive maintenance if require pump, AC/DC motor, gear motor, chiller.
- Identifying faults or hazards.
- Writing electrical maintenance reports.
- With 3-5 years working experience in a similar role.
- Good facility of Language (English) both with verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be well versed of electrical material based on Gulf country products.
- Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work
- Familiarity with electrical systems.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driving License is a must
