"We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in an industrial or oil and gas environment. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills and a solid understanding of safety regulations and electrical standards."
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, panels, lighting systems, and control circuits.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety codes and electrical standards.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
Assist in commissioning of equipment and systems.
Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
Qualifications and Experience:
ITI/Technical Diploma in Electrical or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an electrician (industrial or oil & gas preferred).
Experience with control panels, motors, generators, and lighting systems.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
Skills Required:
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
Understanding of HSE procedures and PPE use.
Good communication and teamwork.
Good in English (Speaking and Writing)
