Supervise and manage all electrical installation works, including LV, ELV, lighting, power distribution, earthing, and backup systems for villas, high-rise, and commercial projects.
Review electrical shop drawings, layouts, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with Senior Electrical Engineer, project engineers, QA/QC, and site teams to ensure proper execution.
Ensure all works comply with
ADDC/DEWA, ADM, and Civil Defense (ADCD) regulations
.
Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage; report delays or technical issues and implement solutions.
Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Mentor and guide junior electrical technicians and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum
7-10 years UAE experience
in electrical installation supervision.
Proven
experience in villas and high-rise MEP projects is mandatory
.
Strong knowledge of
LV/ELV systems, lighting, earthing, distribution boards, and Abu Dhabi building regulations
.
Ability to manage site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and read technical drawings accurately.
Certifications (Preferred):
ADDC/DEWA approvals or equivalent
Civil Defense Fire Safety approvals (ADCD)
Safety training or OSHA certification
