Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site works related to electrical and mechanical installations
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations
Monitor and manage daily progress, manpower, and subcontractor activities
Conduct inspections and testing of systems (e.g., HVAC, fire fighting, electrical distribution)
Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and main contractors
Prepare site reports, material requests, and progress updates
Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP construction projects
Strong knowledge of local standards and regulations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Familiar with project documentation and HSE requirements
