Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum
10 years of relevant experience
in oil & gas EPIC projects.
Must be
QatarEnergy (QP) approved
as an Electrical Site Engineer.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems used in oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation and commissioning activities on site.
Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
Review and verify electrical drawings, layouts, and material submittals.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and the client to ensure alignment with project goals.
Prepare site inspection requests and coordinate with QA/QC for approvals.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure rectification of non-conformities.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Ensure that site activities are carried out in line with HSE standards and procedures.
