Develop and manage Electrical and Mechanical BIM models for assigned projects
Prepare coordinated shop drawings and construction drawings
Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and workflows
Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and design issues
Update models based on site feedback, RFIs, and design changes
Support the preparation of as-built drawings and final deliverables
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical qualification
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical or Mechanical BIM Modeler
Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Experience in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks (preferred)
Good understanding of MEP systems, shop drawings, and construction processes
Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines
Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews in Dubai
