**Electrical Inspector (QA/QC)**

**Doha, Qatar**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **QA/QC** **E** **lectrical Inspector** to join our team!

**What YouaEUR(TM)ll Be Doing:**

+ Ensure that all electrical (Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, and Extra Low Voltage) installations and equipment on site comply with relevant standards and regulations.

+ Conduct inspections and testing of electrical & ELV systems, components, and equipment to identify any issues or faults.

+ Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of electrical materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

+ Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, site conditions, and any deviations from the approved plans. Prepare detailed inspection reports and submit them to the project manager.

+ Ensure that construction activities follow safety regulations and adhere to occupational health and safety standards. Conduct safety inspections and report any potential hazards.

+ Ensure that all statutory authority NOCs/permits/design approvals are available on site for construction.

+ Review all construction documents and highlight any design and contractual discrepancies with the concerned Senior Engineer.

+ Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervise, verify the installation of Electrical (Low voltage and Extra Low voltage) works, ensuring compliance with the contract documents.

+ Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

+ Raise non-conformance notices (NCNs)/reports and corrective action notices (CARs) and identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with the Senior Engineer.

**What Required Skills YouaEUR(TM)ll Bring:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in Electrical construction ideally as an electrical inspector in a consultancy or engineering environment

+ Strong knowledge of Electrical engineering principles

+ Familiarity with local and international electrical codes and standards , Karhamma standards , QCS specifications

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

+ MMUP certified Engineer
