We are seeking a highly experienced

Electrical Inspector

to join our team for residential villa projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 8 years of electrical inspection experience

, including

at least 5 years working with engineering consultancies

in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections to ensure all electrical installations and materials comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations. Review and verify contractor's work, method statements, and material submittals. Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations and other UAE authority standards. Monitor project progress and provide daily site reports. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve electrical issues on-site. Inspect installations including lighting, power, earthing, panel boards, cable trays, and other villa-specific electrical systems. Witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems. Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate site records. Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma

in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience

, with

at least 5 years in a consultancy environment

. Extensive knowledge of

UAE electrical codes and authority requirements

(DEWA, ADDC, etc.). Proven experience in

villa or low-rise residential projects

in the UAE. Strong understanding of electrical systems used in residential construction. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

UAE Society of Engineers Membership. DEWA/ADDC approval or certification. Driving license (optional but preferred).
