Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Tender Review & Analysis



Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements. Identify and evaluate risks, discrepancies, and scope gaps in tender documents. Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits when required.

2. Quantity Take-Off & Cost Estimation



Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for electrical systems including power, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, and communication systems. Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs based on current market prices. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and summary sheets for submission.

3. Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination



Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate competitive prices while ensuring compliance with project specifications. Maintain updated supplier and subcontractor databases.

4. Proposal Preparation



Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals in line with tender requirements. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for any technical clarifications. Ensure that all estimates are submitted within deadlines.

5. Post-Tender Activities



Assist in tender clarifications, negotiations, and revisions as required. Support project handover to execution teams with all necessary cost data and documents. Participate in cost analysis and value engineering exercises.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

Electrical estimator : 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License. (Preferred)
