Manage and execute AMC operations for electrical systems, including HV/LV panels, generators, UPS, transformers, lighting, and cabling.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per AMC schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in a timely and safe manner.
Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, and client updates.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
Ensure all work is compliant with safety standards and local electrical regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with a strong focus on AMC projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
Familiar with electrical codes, safety protocols, and testing instruments.
Ability to work independently and manage a team of technicians.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
Valid Electrical Supervisor License (if applicable You Have)
Experience with building management systems (BMS) and facility management.
