About the Role:

COENGR is looking to hire a detail-driven and technically proficient

BIM Electrical Engineer

with strong experience in

Revit MEP

and BIM coordination tools. The ideal candidate must have worked on

Aldar development projects

and will be responsible for the design, modeling, and coordination of electrical systems for high-profile developments in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage

Revit MEP models

for all electrical systems including

lighting, power, ELV, fire alarm, and single-line diagrams

. Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure integrated BIM delivery. Prepare and review detailed

shop drawings, layouts, and schedules

in accordance with project requirements. Ensure all electrical outputs comply with

Aldar design guidelines

, local authority standards (e.g., ADDC, ADM), and best practices. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and perform clash detection and resolution using tools like

Navisworks

. Maintain accurate model documentation, file versioning, and adherence to company and project-specific BIM protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of

6 years of experience

in the UAE, with strong exposure to

Aldar projects in Abu Dhabi

. Advanced proficiency in

Revit MEP

, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360). Strong understanding of local codes, authority submission standards, and BIM documentation processes. Excellent communication and coordination skills within a multi-disciplinary environment.
