We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electrical Engineer specializing in Roads Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the electrical systems of Qatar's road infrastructure.

Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for road operations and maintenance projects Analyze and optimize existing electrical infrastructure to improve efficiency and performance Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other road infrastructure components Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and provide timely solutions Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices Participate in project planning and budgeting processes Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in road electrical systems and recommend improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in road operations and maintenance Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, particularly in relation to road infrastructure Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software Experience with traffic management systems and road lighting Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong project management and organizational abilities Familiarity with Qatar's road infrastructure and electrical standards Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus Must be a Qatari National
