Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. UAE Attested. Preferably with Equivalency Certificate. 10 years of experience with Oil & Gas in UAE. Developing and review electrical and instrumentation design documents, including specifications, drawings, and equipment lists, and oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems in oil and gas facilities. Strong background in managing engineering projects, with experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Ensure the designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and project specifications. Proper coordination with procurement team to develop the electrical and instrumentation procurement strategy, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services. Manage the execution of electrical and instrumentation works on-site, ensuring work is completed according to project schedules, cost estimates, and quality standards. Monitor the progress of work, reviewing and resolving any issues related to technical challenges, scope changes, or delays. Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including power distribution, process control, instrumentation, and automation systems. Familiarity with oil and gas-specific safety regulations. Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical support throughout the project. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
