Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified

QC E&I&T Engineer

to oversee and ensure the quality of all electrical, instrumentation, and telecom-related activities at the project site. The candidate must have a strong engineering foundation in mechanical or metallurgical fields and at least

5 years of experience

in E&I quality control, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for electrical, instrumentation, and telecom systems. Conduct site inspections and quality checks on installations, wiring, instrumentation loops, and telecom setups. Ensure all E&I&T works comply with project specifications, international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, API), and client requirements. Monitor installation processes for panels, cable trays, junction boxes, field instruments, grounding, etc. Witness pre-commissioning and commissioning tests such as continuity, insulation resistance, loop checking, and functional testing. Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation for submission to the client. Coordinate with construction, HSE, and QA/QC teams to ensure quality objectives are met. Support audits and participate in internal and external quality reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years

of experience in E&I quality control roles. Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, materials, and inspection techniques. Familiar with international codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, API, ISO, NEC). Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills. Experience with oil & gas, power, or industrial EPC projects preferred. UAE experience and driving license (preferred).
