Role Overview:

Orbit International Survey Services LLC (Orbit ISS) is seeking a highly skilled E&I Inspection Engineer - ARAMCO Certified (SAP Approved) to join our team. This role is perfect for professionals with strong expertise in quality control, inspection, and testing of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works, particularly in offshore, EPC, and shipyard projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all inspections comply with ARAMCO, IEC/IEEE, and project-specific standards. Execute Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and perform stage-wise, final, and mechanical completion inspections. Verify installation of cable trays, junction boxes, control panels, telecom systems, and instruments. Witness and validate HV/MV/LV cable testing, insulation resistance, torque checks, and functional tests. Inspect Ex-certified equipment, tubing installations, and leak tests. Review and interpret engineering drawings (P&IDs, SLDs, GADs, loop diagrams). Raise NCRs, corrective/preventive actions, and ensure closure. Liaise with clients, contractors, and third-party agencies for smooth project execution. Enforce strict HSE compliance and exercise Stop Work Authority when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering. 5+ years' experience in inspection (oil & gas, shipyard, EPC, offshore). ARAMCO Approved with valid SAP Number (mandatory). Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NFPA, ISO standards. Skilled in technical drawings, QA/QC documentation, and completion systems. Excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Immediate availability for mobilization in the UAE.
