Hiring : Electrical cum Mechanical Technician - FMCG

Looking for an experienced

Electrical cum Mechanical Technician

to ensure smooth, safe, and hygienic operation of cosmetics and FMCG food production lines. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance while strictly following GMP, food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Experience : 3 - 6 years in Cosmetics or FMCG Food manufacturing mandatory
Qualification : ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical
Willingness to work in shift based operations

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, VFDs, HMIs, sensors and control circuits
Perform basic PLC troubleshooting at I O level Siemens or Allen Bradley preferred
Maintain pneumatic and electro pneumatic systems
Ensure electrical safety, LOTO procedures and panel hygiene

Mechanical Maintenance

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of filling, capping, sealing, labeling and packaging machines
Maintain pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, belts, chains and bearings
Perform machine changeovers, format adjustments and CIP support
Use food grade lubricants only

GMP Food Safety and Hygiene

Strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and ISO 22716
Ensure contamination free maintenance activities
Support audits, line clearance and allergen control

Production Support and Documentation

Attend breakdowns to minimize downtime
Coordinate with Production and QA QC teams
Maintain preventive maintenance records, breakdown reports and root cause analysis
Support audits and new machine installations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
