We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Mechanical Technician

to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment to ensure smooth operations. This role is essential to minimize downtime, support production efficiency, and uphold the company standards for safety and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving minor mechanical and electrical issues to ensure uninterrupted production.

Perform Preventive Maintenance work as scheduled by the Supervisor/Manager.

Inspect equipment for wear and potential issues, replacing faulty components promptly to avoid breakdowns.

Document maintenance activities and manage tools and spare parts inventory. Work closely with production staff to provide input for enhancing machine performance. Manage company projects and effectively handle any tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. Contribute to fostering a safe and effective maintenance culture within the facility.

Required skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in machine operation or maintenance, preferably in FMCG/frozen food /Manufacturing Industries.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or technical qualification (e.g., ITI with trade certificate in mechanical).

Skilled in machine setup, parameter adjustments, and minor troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of MEP and machine safety practices.
Salary : AED. 4000 - 4500 plus accommodation + 3 meals + Medical Insurance + Ticket every two years.
