to join our dynamic facility management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire protection systems and will also support other general maintenance tasks within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, test, and maintain fire protection systems such as fire alarms, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, fire pumps, and hose reels.
Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of all fire fighting equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of fire detection and suppression systems.
Maintain records of all fire safety equipment inspections and repairs.
Assist in conducting fire drills and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations.
Support general maintenance tasks including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works as required.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fire fighting systems maintenance, preferably within a facility management environment.
Strong understanding of fire safety standards and regulations.
Knowledge of multi-technical maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and system schematics.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and able to work in various conditions.
Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
