Electrical Construction Manager
Job Description
Min. 10 years experience, spearheading TRANSCO projects for at least 132kV voltage level with underground cable works
Must have completed bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
Must have TAQA / Other Competency Certificate
Must have undergone First Aid Training & Fire Fighting Training
Lead and supervise all electrical related Installation, pre-commissioning, SAT, FAT, Testing & commissioning activities of Electrical Substation
Monitoring the progress of work & coordination with client, consultant
Review the technical drawings & troubleshooting
Experience with international OEMs (Siemens, ABB/Hitachi, GE, Schneider, etc.) for GIS, Transformers, Protection and SCADA, Telecom.
Understanding of civil-electrical interface works
Review and approve electrical construction method statements, ITPs, and risk assessments
Identify delays, risks, and propose corrective measures
Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site-related issues promptly.
