Job Description

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services L.L.C. is

urgently hiring experienced Electrical BIM Modelers

for ongoing high-profile projects in Dubai. We are seeking candidates who are

currently based in the UAE

and

available to join immediately

.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop detailed

3D BIM models

for electrical systems using

Revit MEP

. Prepare and update

shop drawings

,

as-built drawings

, and

single-line diagrams

. Coordinate with

mechanical, architectural, and structural

teams to ensure clash-free models. Perform

clash detection

using

Navisworks

. Follow project-specific

BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

and standards. Ensure compliance with

UAE regulations

and client requirements.

Job Requirements:



Minimum

3 years of experience

in

Electrical BIM Modeling

(UAE experience preferred). Proficient in

Revit MEP

,

AutoCAD

, and

Navisworks

. Strong knowledge of

power, lighting, containment, and ELV systems

. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Must be

based in the UAE

and

ready for immediate joining

.
