We are having an urgent requirement for Electrical BIM Modelers who is available in UAE and can join on an immediate basis (Candidates who need to serve 30 days notice period kindly ignore this post) Job Responsibilities
- Develop Building Information Model (BIM) for the MEP services.
- Develop 2D drawing based on the coordinated BIM.
- Sheet setup in Revit & Export 2D from 3D Model
- 3D modelling, drafting and detailing.
- Preparation of Shop drawings, IFC drawings of Power, Lighting, Central battery based Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Telephone, CCTV & Access Control System layout, etc.
- Preparation of the Single line diagram as per standards.
- Prepare bill of quantities.
- Coordination of MEP services.
- Design structured cabling system.
- Preparation of technical/project reports and documentation of the project.
- BIM/Drafting Skill
- Communication Skill

- Diploma (Required)
- Electrical Modelling: 5 years (Required)
