The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. We aim to supply retailers with the most sought-after E-bicycle on the market, we offer an influential brand that is high-quality, innovative products. Responsibilities E-Bicycle Sales Representative(ESR) reports to the Director. The ESR is tasked with proactively establishing E-Bicycle retailers that are from the Powersports Industry or may only focus on E-Bikes. The ESR is responsible for creating a seamless new account application and onboarding process for these retailers. As E-Bicycle accounts are established, educate retailers on how to best utilize RSG to support their business and buy from our extensive portfolio of distributed products.

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Meet or exceed the goals for the E-Bicycle category on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Communicate with E-Bicycle retailers about the full menu of products and services including sales initiatives, promotions, opportunities and placement of products and programs.
• Constantly have an understanding of the prevailing market and make suggestions to RSG to offer the best products for this market.

Qualifications

• Passion for the E-Bicycle and the cycling industry.
• 2 years of professional bike industry experience with a focus on business-to-business sales or retail management.
• Ability to act with professionalism in a wide variety of situations with a diverse customer base.
• Practical experience with office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Package Salary Starts from AED 4000 plus commissions. Medical Insurance provided Visa Provided Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

• Sales of Electric Vehicle/Bicycle: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
