Real Estate Segment Sales Manager – Gulf Cluster
The main objective of this regional role is to lead, develop, drive, and manage complete Schneider Electric businesses and execute global strategy in real estate segment. This includes leading the deployment of segment expertise regionally and ensuring profitable sales growth and higher market share are happening. So, the role is having duties like accounts management and development of assigned accounts. In conclusion, you will be Schneider Electric’s champion for the segment/accounts so you must be having strong professional sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high performance in Order Intake, Customers Satisfaction, Profitability and Coverage.
  • Manage a selected number of accounts across the cluster, build a targeted list of projects and ensure Schneider Electric will win them for the full products portfolio.
  • Lead all sales actions within the segment to maximize and complement the products and solution businesses in line with company objectives to meet our targets.
  • Working closely with the Global Segment Team to align on the global value proposition for the segment and ensure it meets with local market trends and local customer demands.
  • Deploy Regional Segment expertise – ensure we become a true solution advisor/provider to our key customers in the segment and achieve superior customer satisfaction.
  • Developing relationships across BUs and countries that ensure collaboration and alignment to deliver on Segment ambitions.
  • Drive a marketing plan within the region for the segment.
  • Analyze competitor’s strengths & weaknesses in term of strategy, relationships, pricing & products.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of multiple product lines and systems in electrical field.
  • Identify Projects in the assigned accounts from the inception stage through direct approach & undertake the necessary groundwork like prescription, lobbying…etc.

Candidate Profile
  • C-level approach and communication skills
  • B.E in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Segment Expert - At least five years of real estate segment sales management.
  • Experience and knowledge of buildings automation and smart infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of LV, MV and Electricak Systems is a must.
  • Highly organized and disciplined with a self-starter attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, ability to present at senior customer level.
  • Ability and willingness to travel in Gulf Countries as per the business needs.
  • Ability to think and act independently and exhibit consistently sound business judgment and an action-oriented ability to take measured risks and take responsibility for the consequences.
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic customers.
  • Team Player - Passionate and dynamic professional with the energy and ability to obtain alignment and work effectively across teams and functions
