- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office space, which includes managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for employees.
- Facilitate effective communication among staff members, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files and records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
