Description
North South Consultants Exchange (NSCE) is recruiting a National Legal Advisor Expert for the GIZ-“Technical Support for the Comprehensive Technical Education Initiative”. The initiative contributes to the implementation of the Technical Education reform (TE 2.0) of the Egyptian Ministry of Education and Technical Education (MoETE) by developing two Centers of Competence (CoCs) in the Agribusiness sector and the Tourism/Hospitality sector. Work Packages- WP 1: CoC governance structures
- WP 2: TVETA master trainers and CoC personnel are capacitated
- WP 3: Preparing the CoC for training implementation
- WP 4: Development and implementation of a concept for CoC network
- Serve as resource persons for legal questions regarding the development, governance, and management of a CoC in Egypt
- Education/training: a university master’s degree in law
- Language: All experts with knowledge of written modern standard Arabic C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, spoken Egyptian and English C1
- General professional experience:10 years of professional experience as a practicing lawyer in Egypt
- Specific professional experience: 5 years of professional experience in education or public-private partnership law in Egypt
- Regional experience: All experts with 3 years of work experience in MENA
