We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented
Business Development Executive
to drive growth for our
Professional Training Programs
. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and promoting our training offerings to organizations, institutions, and professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Promote and sell professional training programs to corporate clients and government agencies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform outreach strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and excellent service.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with the training and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in the training/education industry).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and accounts.
