We're seeking a dynamic Training / Educational Consultant who can identify training needs, design learning programs, and support learners in reaching their goals--whether in academic, corporate, or professional development settings.

Key Responsibilities



Consult with clients (individuals or organizations) to assess learning and development needs Design and implement customized training or educational programs Deliver high-quality workshops, webinars, or in-person sessions Support learners in achieving learning outcomes and career goals Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements Stay current with trends in education, training methods, and technologies Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, or academic staff to ensure consistency and quality of content

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field Proven experience in training, academic counseling, or instructional design Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients or projects
