About Elgorithm: Elgorithm is a UAE-based ed-tech startup providing international schools in the MENA with access to mental health programs and resources through its digital platform. For more on Elgorithm, you can view www.elgorithm.org About This Role: The 'Education Support Director' will work closely with core staff to support partner schools through direct communication with teachers, working closely with key partners, and analyzing the platform's user analytics to identify points of support. Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising with schools to identify points of support throughout the program duration.
- Providing direct and indirect support to teachers in partner schools.
- Reviewing platform analytics to find different ways to support educators in difficulties and challenges.
- Engaging with key strategic partners in relevant projects and points of collaboration
- Assisting schools in the onboarding process to Elgo's platform.
- Kindly describe your past work in the education &/or mental health field.
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Education: 3 years (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
