Role Overview
We are looking for a
dynamic Sales Executive / Admission Counselor
with proven experience in consultative sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
converting student inquiries into admissions
, achieving monthly revenue targets, and guiding learners toward the right programs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) and convert them into enrollments.
Proactively follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide course guidance and explain program benefits to working professionals.
Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Collaborate with marketing for feedback and campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years UAE experience
in
Education Sales / Training Institute Sales / Insurance / Real Estate / Banking Sales
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
Must be available in UAE for immediate joining.
