We are seeking a
dynamic Sales Executive / Admission Counselor
with a strong background in consultative sales. You will be responsible forconverting inquiries into admissions
, guiding learners toward the right programs, and achieving monthly revenue targets.Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries (
calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins
) and convert them into enrollments. Follow up proactively with leads and buildstrong client relationships
. Achieve and exceedmonthly & quarterly sales targets
. Provide detailedcourse guidance
and explain program benefits to working professionals. Maintain accurateCRM records
of leads, follow-ups, and closures. Collaborate with marketing forfeedback and campaign improvements
.Requirements
Minimum 2 years UAE experience
in Education Sales / Training Institute Sales / Insurance / Real Estate / Banking Sales. Strongcommunication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
.Target-driven
with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Presentable, confident, and customer-focused. Must beavailable in UAE for immediate joining
